They won't announce a PS3 version, especially not in some trailer released between two huge events (E3 and LGC).
Sony would have made a BIG deal about it on one of these events.
Further more, they are not going to announce a PS3 version when the 360 and PC version are about to release. It would only hurt sales and thus would be incredibly stupid.
Also, IF it was coming to the PS3 sometime next year, they'd still wait with an announcement because it would d...
Do you people really believe this is true? Nobody, even MS, is stupid enough to do such a thing!
I can allready see the advertisement:
"We now present our new Xbox 360 bundle pack. Including our new 1st party cooling device to keep your Xbox 360 cool since it can't keep itself cool due to a design flaw".
LMFAO!
Seriously, this would mean suicide for MS. This is NOT going to happen.
You wanna buy 'm for 50 Euro's each? ;)
Ahahaha!
I was convinced you just ran a sentence threw one of them online translators, but after checking it on the net, I've learned that it is Afrikaans indeed!
I knew Afrikaans was similar to Dutch in certain ways, but not like that!
I guess I was close enough though! ;)
"Nou goed
As jy jouself so slim dink, sê vir my wat ek hier skryf, dan praat ons weer."
Old news, but good news. ;)
... I just have to say that people who claim that the PS3 is a bit shy on games, should have a look at the 360 first.
It's been slow times for the 360 now ever since it launched.
Yes, there are some good (and few excellent) games that have released in the meantime, but it's still pathetic.
I haven't bought a game since Crackdown and before that it was Gears of War. That's 2 games I considered worth buying in, what, 9/10 months?!
Yes, there a...
If they drop the price to 500 Euro's for the 60GB version here in Europe, I'll go get one first thing in the morning.
But all these silly bundels with games I don't want, are not going to convince me of getting a PS3 anytime soon.
Drop the Price Sony!
Your implying that Killzone 2 comes even remotely close to what Crysis achieves, from a technical and visual standpoint?
Silly boy.
Crytek does not develop games for the consoles.
Ubisoft has taken over the Far Cry franchise for the console versions before and they turned out like a completely different experience obviously (and for the worse imo).
With Crysis it will be no different, IF it finds it's way to the consoles.
Either way, it will not look like the Crysis as we know it from the PC version, not even because of the (possible) hardware limitations, but because of the di...
... is getting the recognition it deserves.
And that developers like these are getting the credit they deseve for choosing to push gaming forward instead of leaning back on the 'trusted formula' like so many out there.
It's even happening with 1st party developers who are getting all the time and money to push gaming forward, but fail to do so.
Kudos Irrational!
I too think Halo 3 is visually underwhelming, but please do not make yourself look silly and call a game like Lair photorealistic. Or suggest it's even close to being in the same league as Crysis.
Crysis is still leaps and bounds away from photorealism even though it's the closest thing out there.
Either way, I've just seen your post history so I'll just ignore you from now on and report you as an offensive idiot. Laters!
Not that I don't appreciate the efforts this guy has taken, but some proper scans would be better obviously. ;)
So that means I might get to play another game that completely lacks any sense of imagination, humour and polish!
Can't wait! [/sarcasm]
Saint's Row is the most pathetic, buggy and effortless game I've ever witnessed in my life and I hope developpers like these vanish of this planet and never return.
Unless they return as 4400's with some proper developing abilities. ;)
...it will suck ass anyway. Bring the damn game already! :p
It's just the TYPICAL delay that was known within the company for ages but they refused to make it public for obvious reasons.
I'm willing to bet they already knew this time last year (probably a lot sooner already) that no way in hell they we're going to release this game Oct 2007.
This happens all the time, and if you pay close attention, the signs are all there for the pickup.
Anyone that is surprised by this news has just not been paying attention to w...
...but I'd suggest you take a look at this: http://www.gamespot.com/vid... E3 Gamespot demo and you'll see there's a lot more to this game than meets the eye.
You have a lot more control over this deformation stuff than I initially thought myself and if you see what you can do (especially a bit further into the demo) it becomes obvious it isn't just some cheap 'gimmic...
At this point, they should be aiming to exceed it by miles. I really don't undertand that statement.
GT is outdated. It was FANTASTIC for it's time, but it doesn't really hold up this time around.
The Glaive (I believe that's what it's called) is nothing more than a fancy gimmick at this point.
I see no point and, more importantly, no fun in using it at all.
Yes, there are some (lame) puzzles you can (or have to) solve with it, but that would probably end up being as tedious as devouring hearts and killing the lights in The Darkness.
It's just in there but it's not really adding anything all that interesting, imo.
I don't get it.
The game released in June 2004, and now they'll release the same game with updated graphics, an extra story chapter with a MP 4 years later! 4 YEARS LATER!
The game was really fantastic no doubt, but this is just ridiculous.
Get over it already and move on to a new project or something. :|
