Your numbers are pointless at this early stage. The PS4 hype train will eventually slow right down to a crawl. The PS4 has nothing going for it at this point except that it's a little more capable than the X1.
The X1 has more full retail exclusives and does everything else better including online. With $1 billion invested into game development a lot more is on the way.

Most of them are indies. The "no games" comment comes from the fact that people don't drop $400 on a brand new console for indie games. Some people are sick and tired of fanboys trying to pass them off as full retail games just to pad the PS4's exclusive lineup. Truth is they never mattered last gen when the 360 had the lions share of them so they don't matter now.
Honestly, people are so messed up on this site. Just buy the PC version if you want to play it so bad! I did! Hell, it's installing on my PC right now as I'm typing this!

Gears of War on the X1 doesn't need to happen - period! Of all the great things Phil Spenser has done for the X1 this is not one of them. They should have let the damn game go onto PlayStation and gave it their blessing! It really angers me to think that a brand new IP was possibly bumped or even scrapped because of this game.

No it doesn't. The X1 has more full retail exclusives than the PS4 that is a fact. The X1 also has more new IP's with more to be announced at E3. All together the PS4 does have more games than the X1; most of which are indies along with a few ftp but mostly all can be played on another platform.
Exclusives are the #1 reason why people buy a console and MS has the edge because they have the financial power to back it up.
