I doubt very much that I will. From what's been shown in the 17 minute trailer it seems DICE has learned nothing from the criticisms of BF3's SP campaign. It's bombastic, beautiful and utterly soulless.
If I ever get BF4, it'll be purely for the MP.
God Hand is easily one of my favourite PS2 games of all time. I have been through that and RE4 dozens of times and I still keep coming back for more.

Bear in mind that they only recently confirmed that they're actually working on the Source Engine 2. When they've finally finished tweaking the engine, around then is when I'd expect to see an announcement for Half Life 3.
I agree with nthstew, chances are far more likely that any upcoming announcement is something to do with their Steam Box.
As long as they stay well away from awkward camera angles and the dreaded tank controls I'd be fine with a reboot.

And goddamnit the feels when I saw Vigil. Bloody disgrace that Darksiders 2 didn't sell too well, it was a better game than its predecessor in every way and that wasn't a slouch either.

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Gameplay-wise imo it's fairly standard TPS fare with a really fancy locale and a sand gimmick (which is not to say it plays badly or anything, far from) but the way everything pans out in the story is engrossing at the very least. Well worth a purchase if you ask me and I for one, felt extremely satisfied with it, even if I felt it could have been a mite longer.

Well if nothing else it certainly looks like it's got the humour aspect of Deadpool down. Hope the rest of the game can hold up as well.
But will these missions actually revolve around assassinating people? You know, like AC2 was? AC3 was fluffed out with all the wrong kind of content which made for a pretty tedious experience. Not only that but Jesus Christ some of those missions were horrendously designed. Chase down a dude through town? Sure, so what, do I get to stab hi-NO YOU DON'T STAB HIM YOU TACKLE HIM AND IF YOU TACKLE ANYONE ELSE BY ACCIDENT YOU DON'T GET FULL SYNCH.

Frustration can be a double-edged sword. On the one hand it may very well make you want to keep hammering buttons on your controller or keyboard and beat that one goddamn level to prove that game who's boss but equally it might also make you just, well, yeah, throw your mouse/controller at the screen and toss the CD in a furnace.

There was Fort Zombie, which had a pretty similar setup to this. Unfortunately it suffered from a condition called 'suck', and it was buggy and busted as hell.
The Console wars is the world's biggest idiot box and, sadly, PC Gamers appear to be the snobbiest of these idiots. Almost makes me ashamed that my preferred platform is the PC at times :/
