Well, if it wouldn't have been on PS3, the Sony side would have been crying about it not being available, complained/threw a fit on the Bethesda forums, created a bunch of petitions to get it on the system, etc, etc.. even if it was known to have had issues. Wow.. The cockpit view is all I use in any racing game. Playing in any other view just takes from the experience, online or offline.

I actually really liked playing the Conquest demo online. I found it to be a lot of fun, and it was the Battlefront of this gen. I really wanted the game, but I never bought it because I knew it was going to have very few players playing online, even at launch, so it would have been pretty pointless to pick it up.
It's the same reason I've never bought either of the Section 8 games, or redeemed the copy of Prejudice I won for Steam (Still not sure what to do with it....

Well, that may be partially true, but only because 90% of people playing games are casuals, which most of them only enjoy games that are simple and give them everything for doing nothing, as well as guide them along everywhere.
Tough games are pretty rare these days because they aren't what the masses want.
Dark Souls and Demon's Souls are both pretty awesome games. They were both worth full price.
Have you tried playing either of them? There really isn't anything "MEH" about the games. They're fun (though frustrating as hell at times, ha), and they offer an experience that's mostly non-existent today. Maybe you're just not into challenging games, I guess.
With a game like ZombiU, having to take your focus off of the main screen as you're looking through your bag could actually add to the overall experience. It is supposed to be a game about trying to survive, afterall.

It sounds interesting, that's for sure. If the gameplay itself is done well, this may just turn out to be one pretty sweet game.

Some of those 8-bit games are some of the best games available.
A game doesn't need to look HD to be awesome. If you've never actually played any 8-bit games, I really suggest checking some of them out. Maybe you'll appreciate games a little more.
