Sadly. =\ It would be one hell of a game to explore with another friend, or two.

Maybe we'll get some sort of co-op DLC for it in the future, since they do really like the idea of it.

I just got done playing the beta after a couple of hours, and the multiplayer feels much better to me this time around, and I haven't noticed any issues at all, not even lag wise. The maps that are present all play really nicely, and the game looks better than in Gears 2, yet still runs nice and smooth.

I never really got into the multiplayer for the first two games, for some reason.. I think it was mostly the fact that almost literally every match I was in seemed to be a...

Seriously?.. There's tons of other games just like this out there that are completely free, I really don't understand how anyone would pay for something like this.

The only reason I even have the game is because I got it for free on PC. I don't hate it, but it's not all that fun, it's just something good at helping to pass the time while you're doing something else, but even then there are much better games for that.

I have a Slim as well, and I got in.

I haven't either, but I'm sure they'll be sending them all out soon.

I suppose we just need to be patient.

The weird this is, it is the opposite for me.

In the first link, the only 'Quit' I have for anything is the Age of Empires Online Beta, yet when I go to the second link, I'm able to access it and it says "YOU are in the Xbox LIVE Update Audience".

*edit*
Actually, never mind. I went to "View Connect products currently accepting feedback" and I saw it in there, with Quit listed under actions. Hm.

Wow, this looks awesome!

While this isn't a bad game, it's not all that great either. An 8/10 seems a bit much, I think. I'd give it a 6/10, personally.

I love that we're getting to the point where MMO's are starting to become a bigger thing on consoles, though. I really, really hope Planet Side 2 will be brought to the PS3 as well. That would just kick ass. =P

This is a pretty fun game. I got it from one of the Humble Indie Bundles from donating some money.

It's definitely worth entering a giveaway for, if you're interested in tower defense style games.

I tried this out last night, played it with my brother for many hours, haha.

I'm annoyed by the Accept (Squad) button for missions, or whatever they were called. It doesn't send the mission to squad members at all, so you end up having to complete them separately anyway. Unless maybe you have to wait to get to higher level missions.. hm.

The game seems pretty cool, so far.

The older 2D Road Rash games were awesome, and were the best of them all.

I really miss the days of playing Road Rash on PC over Mplayer against other people, along with Joint Strike Fighter. That was a lot of fun. Used to be in a Road Rash/JSF clan back in the day on there, haha.

I would love to see Road Rash make a come back and have the same basic style and gameplay that it had before. Just add in customizable riders, bikes (looks and upgrades), maybe a co...

Skate definitely does require you to practice a lot in order to master the tricks, and deserves at least some kind of recognition for that. At the very least it certainly beats any Tony Hawk game in existence in terms of skill (and gameplay), haha.

Definitely one of my favorite franchises. I still need to pick up 3.

Although Minesweeper can require a good bit of thinking, it's not really a skill-based game. It requires someone to either be great with numbers, or just for them to have a good amount of patience; though those people won't ever get a good time. There is also luck involved as well, since there are times where you can do nothing but make an educated guess.

As far as which game is the most skill-based, no single game requires more skill than all the others. It all depen...

Well no, of course not. The low price wouldn't mean that it's any better than it already is, it would just be a good deal for a darn good game, like this deal here.

Your statement made like, zero sense. Mario 64 IS one of the best games in the world, and to many people I'm sure it is the best. Definitely costs more than a dollar, though.. and there are many other games to use as a better comparison, like Superman 64, perhaps? You know, something that actually sucks?

Price has nothing, or very little, to do with gameplay, but Forza 3 is a great game, so it's definitely worth picking up for such a cheap price for anybody that has a...

Dang.. I guess that means no maps/modes for space combat like I was hoping for ever since the game was released. =\

I didn't expect it to happen, but I really think that would have been a cool addition to Reach matchmaking.

Casualizing games is something almost all developers are doing these days.. *sighs* No idea why BioWare thought they had to hop on that track as well, but I'm pretty disappointed in them for doing so.

I was fine with their changes from ME to ME 2, but DA 2 is so much different from the first DA, and not in a good way..

Let's just hope they don't stay with this whole fast paced asian-like theme they have going in DA 2..

Well, then you could just stick to playing alone. It's as simple as that. It's not like you would be forced to play it co-op with anybody.

If a game would be better with co-op added in, then I say that's how it should be. Some games are great alone, some are great with others.

To go with what MysticStrummer said above, table top RPGs are basically where it all started, so it only makes sense that the experience in modern RPGs that have those basic...

My copy of Unreal that I won from Mplayer many, many years ago still smells exactly the same as it did the day I got it. It's by far the best smelling game I have ever came across, haha. =P

@NYC_Gamer:

I am as well. Finally an article about DA 2 that I can relate to.

I can't believe how much they changed the game from the first one, it's complete bs and should not have happened. It's not the same game anymore.

Origins was an amazing game, and the combat was great and it had a D&D feel to it and focused on using tactics, but now we have this crappy way-too-fast action game that totally killed that.. All for the id...
