These pictures were taken of a foreign printing of OXM (Official Xbox Magazine). I read the English one today and saw these screenshots, so this isn't fake.
It looks awesome.
The colors look much richer on the 360.
All other consoles have had huge launch parties around the entire world, with people waiting for days to get theirs. I think the European PS3 launch is the first to totally flop.
Wow, this is pretty stupid. If they actually knew anything about the game, they would know that you work WITH the Mexican government to help kill rebels trying to destroy Mexico.
After I heard that up until about 9 or 10 PM that in most of the big stores in Europe, the media and security outnumbered the customers waiting in line, I knew that the European PS3 launch wouldn't do too well.
I knew that MS would have to confirm/deny it soon. They have had a lot of pressure on them in the last month or so.
Looks like Sony doesn't understand the concept of supply and demand...
Oh grow up, don't act like Sony hasn't criticized the 360. I bet that you didn't even read the article. It brings up some very valid points, regardless of any bias that may exist.
A hit like that to the PS3 would severely cripple Sony, not just because of the PS3, but because of the fact that they have invested so heavily into the Blu-Ray format. If Blu-Ray failed, guess what would happen to the sales figures for the PS3? That's right, they would plummet. The PS3 would no longer have any advantage over the 360. After one format is chosen is when the majority of consumers will begin to purchase the victorious format's players, and thus the 360 sales would rise to fill t...
You realize that there is something called a dual-layer disc don't you?
Would you mind turning off caps-lock too? It makes you look really, really ignorant.
"some games already coming for the 360 are pushing the memory limits of the 360"
Are you referring to the system RAM of the 360, or the capacity of DVD's...because they aren't the same thing.
Why? We weren't forced to buy a console relying on a format that is currently in a format war. If HD-DVD failed, we would still be able to play all of our games. On the other hand, if Blu-Ray failed, not only would the PS3 turn into an expensive paperweight, but that would pretty much spell the end for Sony as a company.
Just to let you know, game producers haven't had much problems with space yet. Even if they did, it would be extremely easy to put the game on two DVD's rather...
I think that Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon would make great movies as well. They both started out as books, so they have strong storylines.
It turns out that after they looked into it, MS found out that they haven't been hacked.
Wow, it looks amazing!
See, I'm not the only one that is thinking this. Just because we are making a comment about how we are happy that more games are coming to the 360, that doesn't mean we are acting fanboyish.
MS isn't holding a gun to my head. I already own a 360, and I doubt that I will end up buying the Elite. I may just buy the 120GB HD instead. This is a very good deal for those who don't already own a 360 though, considering the fact that it's cheaper than the Premium.
How do you know that the HD won't be removable, when the rest of the would barely even knows what the actual specs are going to be on the Elite?
I hope that it really is coming sooner than later, I can't wait to play this game.
I think I just busted a nut.
