based on what I saw, it appears as if the ps3 version is a higher resolution than the 360 version. In addition, the ps3 version also seems to support better anti-aliasing, and possibly better high dynamic range. Good to see.

I'd rather have free updates than premium upgrades; and wouldn't it be better to to have a system that adds new features than one that never gets new features? To have a system that already has everything is impossible. There will always be something new. seeing as how the source isn't a gaming source, they were probably referring to the car as downloadable content for the current gran turismo 5 prologue, but referred to the game merely as gran turismo 5 because they didn't think the subtitle was very important

this isn't official. It's the European box art, so that doesn't necessarily mean it will be identical in north America.

seeing as how we haven't even seen game play footage, or any in a year... who would expect a sudden demo to appear?
if the 360 version of unreal tournament III has a cokpit view for vehicles, which the ps3 version does not, and, hypothetically, no one makes a patch for a cokpit view in the ps3 version, I still wouldn't care for a cokpit view in any way, shape, or form. third person view is better anyway. first person might feel like a more "immersing" point of view, but you get a greater view of the game in third person. Besides, just starting a game is enough immersion for myself anyway.

I think the part of the reason why this game is averaging higher than previous classics is because not only is it multi platform, but the entire video game user base is increasing; and once we get to the next major multi platform game, perhaps gta5, so long as it doesn't flop, the baton will be passed on. This isn't to say that's the only reason this game is being rated so high; but perhaps it's bias and popularity helps; because I rarely ever see less popular classics average as high.

it looks like a decent game, but i still don't think it will compare to gran turismo 5. Ferrari is still a poor mans (or should I say lower class rich mans) lamborghini. If it weren't for some of their newer models like the enzo, All they're cars would be ugly. Regardless, I still want the game

I prefer the 360 box art, plus its a nice throwback to the soul calibur II box art, but at least darth vador is confirmed for the ps3 version, and I'd rather have that than yoda and a prettier box; the ps3 box art isn't bad though
