Thank God! When I was playing in the Underworld, it literally took me 2 minutes to open a chest. Kratos kept getting stuck in the weird animation glitch where he just couldnt open a chest. Thought it was my controller until I heard others were having the same problem.

To be completely honest, these screenshots look the same as the console version. Ive been playing this game for a bit now and have noticed that the graphics are superb, especially for an open world game with. The draw distance is incredible, and the small loading times make me wonder how they do it. I can go from one side of the island to the other without a single load screen.

But in all honesty, my PS3 died a week ago. It was a 40gb fat model. Maybe earlier models are starting to develop problems.
Reflow the cpu and gpu, and youre good to go for a couple months at least.

I actually like the fluidity of this controller. It looks really tight, and by release Im sure it will be perfected. For $100 or less, Im willing to give it a shot. That table tennis looks like a riot, Gladiator looks interesting, and Im sure they have some other kick@ss ideas up their sleeves. Im definitely not as skeptical as I once was.
Going to be there for sure, just called my local Gamestop. My PS3 died exactly 9 days before the GoW 3 release, and I almost cried. Why is it that any game system seems to crap out right before a big game release? Luckily I followed some guide online and reflowed the cpu & gpu and it works again.

Yeah, it flashes yellow very very quickly before it flashes red. I didnt notice it at first. Everywhere I look, someone is saying something different in terms of fixing it. I cant believe this happened right before GOW.

Last night I was watching a show on the media servers, and my PS3 shut off, made 3 beeps, and flashed red. I turned it off and back on again. It worked for about 5 minutes and it shut off again. I looked online and people are saying its various things. HDD not seated properly, overheating. Called Sony and they want $150.
Of course this happens a week from God of War 3. I reseated the HDD but nothing. Anybody have this problem and could offer a fix?
The guy above you has no idea what hes talking about. Some games have timers, but you can always back out and restart it. But those are mostly Indie Games that have the timers.
Actually, most XBLA games have a generous demo time. I remember playing about 25-30min of Rocket Riot and didnt even hit the end of the demo before I quit.
In conclusion, none of the XBLA games have nothing even close to this.
My 2 year old 40gb just died on me recently.
