She is so easy to counter. She stays completely still during her ultimate making her prey to snipers, the blast radius of her rockets can hurt her so she can't spam in confined areas. She needs to be high up to be effective, making her an easy target.
It's a tie between Mercy and Symmetra. I really love supporting. I say the game is really solid right now; I don't even play FPS games, but I just love this game.
