Maybe. The optimistic side though is Nintendo has repeatedly described BOTW as "breaking conventions" for Zelda.
If it turns out thats what they mean rather than motion controls and whatever Star Fox Zero was doing this could be positive.
Suikoden III is a classic! I played through and unlocked all 120 or so characters. I've been meaning to play IV and V all these years later...
Not surprising! The form factor might not change. This could be an internal revision to reduce cost, noise, minor die shrink or something like that.
I can see that. I liked Galaxy at the time but think the controls haven't held up when I tried a replay.
...and Super Mario 3D World was fun but too generic to be remembered as a true classic.
Super Mario Sunshine was an underrated for some time. I was lucky enough to have a friend introduce me to it back when GC was in its prime. Id love to revisit a deluxe version or better yet a sequel :)
Show me the games! The hardware can be great on paper but it's worth nothing to me without a solid list of titles.
Same. I still have a couple of sealed games that I want to play through!
Side note: Love how people are disagreeing with us. This site sucks so much sometimes with trolls haha
For years I held up the NES as my all-time favorite but the PS2 changed everything. It's library of games is top-notch. I just recently reconnected mine after purchasing a home and can't wait to dive into my backlog.
Gun was a lot of fun, played it on my PS2. Those seeking it today can get the Xbox 360 version. It's improved though barely because it was a near-launch port.
Hot take police!!
Here's a couple more for your click bait:
1. This is the last generous of consoles.
2. The single player game is dead.
Sometimes gaming journalism is hot garbage.
First comes Super Shovel Knight and only then can they make Shovel Knight 64.
Sonic Spinball style confirmed.
Yup this one has me nervous. Loved the original trilogy but multiple sites now are reporting the game is boring and glitchy.
It could be Mass Effect AndromeDUD.
Bummer. Hopefully some resources open up through dev kit maturity. It's happened elsewhere and it would help!
Snipperclips is fun.
@Foxtrot
+1 for the phrase "whaaa whaaa ponies"
The cost at $50 is too steep on this one. I'd probably jump on this at $20 max for done multiplayer but can't justify it now...
I agree. Can we all agree already that launch lineups always have slim pickings?
Finally someone that gets it! Nintendo is extremely fiscally conservative. They're not holding back stock, they simply refuse to overproduce.
@richyque
It's a reference to an old joke that everyone knew a kid that used to say this. Maybe you had to grow up in the NES/SNES era :P
