PS3 controller input lag is what ruining this game for me ... just for ppl to understand what Im sayin, play one match for BF3 (rush or conquest) then play BFBC2 or BF1943 ... you'll exactly understand how worst, sluggish and input lag aimin controls is ruining BF3 on PS3 ... u simply cant aim for hell in bf3 cuz it keep swirlin around like a loose rubber lolllll.
Aim control are 100% responsive in BC2 and BF1943.
I checked 3 times already .... there is no option for turning off vsync or AA in the video menu.
Since from when ... severe black crush and blindin white became the new bar for the next level.
Now u tell me ... when u turn the tube light on ... does it have limited path of area where it glows like in the video or does it glow in omnidirectional (Answer is definately the later).
and the Styves stuff ... like lookin directly into the light and have that bar effect on screen ... hate it.
Im 38 ... :D ... but been gamin bit less as of lately ... maybe age is havin an impact...not sure.

to be very honest and I mean to say ... very very honest ...BFBC2 maps were lot more fun than many BF3.
Back to Karkand, maps taken from BF2 ... they are lot more fun than any original BF3 maps ... u wanna know why ... because
1. They are not as big as Bad company 2, I mean to say open field (majority are city based maps - leaves u nothing but with alleys), and than there are those we do have big in size .. both in rush and conquest mode, point of capture...
Good lord ... game is sooooo fast paced ... your nuts will be left wondering what the hell just happened ... lolll
But in all seriousness ... game is lookin cool and Im really loving dynamic structure and barrier formation ... this is gonna add whole lot of complexity and would require new thought process and approach to enemy tactics and gameplay durin every multiplayer match.
Loving it ... game is doin soooooo many things at a time ... Ive hardly seen a...

the writer of the story rants like 95% of the aricle about how it doesnt support PSP games and what not ... than goes on complaining about everything that he just read 5min before from some other website just for the sake of writin an article ... PSVita makin same mistake like PSP ... lolll.

For the love of God Dice ... Give us an option to turn that next gen filter on/off option. That color gradient filter (which I believe is step 18) is ruining this otherwise beautiful game.
Give this on/off option and this game is GOLDEN.

BF1943 has such amazing perfect responsive aiming controls ... copy the same to BF3 plssss. Im justs askin for aiming controls, everythin else is fine in controls dept. except ... Stabbin ....

Im not sure but the voice actor sounds like Nolan North (Nathan Drake) but not sure, game is looking really good with mystery story ... looking forward to it ... :)
If it is Nolan North ... then Im definately gettin it because Im a big fan of Nolan North voice acting.
Im like totally amazed and baffled at the same time with the beauty of CryEngine 3 and Mods Capability of designing and developing this level.
And its also good to see that Prophet is takin cruise in one and only Titanic.
I wanna know ... how much writer of this story was paid by Activision/Infinity Ward/SledgeHammer ... to talk absolute non-sense about BF3 with no proof or whatsoever to support his claims about "Battlefield 3 has an absolute ton of re-used assets from Bad Company 2".
This story doesn't deserved to be approved ... unless claims made are supported by evidence/proofs.
i wanna play maps using ... side arm only and aim assist off ... this will be sooo awesome.
The Big Problem with these specs are ... they are starting with entry level system design. Sure you can optimize more and bit more and bit more and you can really squeeze the juice out of the machine but always remember this.
"When you begin with bottleneck design, you can only optimize sooooo much".
An excellent analogy to explain, you can only compress soooooo much of HD definition video file from uncompressed source. After that no matter what...
