I wouldn't necessarily say that's a pattern everywhere, but if you read this review it clearly points out the flaws from the first and how the same flaws in the first are present in the second, as are new ones. Plus, the first game review wasn't written by the same author as the second, so you may want to take that into consideration as well.

Nice try, but no. This is a computer monitor, not a TV. For starters it doesn't support proper input signals for TV for anything below 1080P. The demo didn't blow my mind, but seems like a good game. Blur demo because it was multiplayer really showed the focus for that game is there and I'm sort of wondering how well Split/Second will be online.

Well with ME2 I believe Bioware or EA (one of the two) came out and said that the games would not see the light of day on PS3 until "after" the trilogy. So, my guess is that they do plan to bring the series to PS3, but they will let the trilogy finish on 360 first. My guess is that a few months after ME3 hits the PS3 will get one compilation disk (since Blu-Ray could fit all 3 games probably) that has all 3 games on it. I agree with your statement, but consumers "as a majority" are stupid. It's a simple fact that the average joe consumer is literally just pretty stupid and Microsoft knows this. Marketing is Microsoft's biggest advantage.
