Microsofts numbers are lies, 39 million consoles manufactured not sold and even then that number is highly inflated. Why would it be DLC? Microsoft would just be wasting its money. 70% of final fantasy sales are from japan where it is exclusive to the ps3, chances are the other 30% are also ps3 owners add to the fact that rpgs sell poorly on xbox to begin with and your just wasting valuable money for a game no one on xbox cares about and instead should be making new ips.
