Yes, you can report them. Click on the the flag in the top right corner of their comment and report as spam. Then you can click on their account and report them there on the exclamation point.
It's an exploration game, so if that isn't your cup of tea, then it probably won't be exciting to you. Others will love exploring the near infinite space based on the developers' physics.
PC has the majority of the games I want to play, offers a superior experience for third party games, and it provides an unrivaled platform for productivity, work, and recreation, so I would say the PC is easily the better platform. This is true. While MGSV has unresolved plotlines (which are somewhat clarified in the unreleased episode 51), it makes sense of MGS4's ending in regards to Big Boss's involvement. That is the true end of MGS.

It wouldn't be the first time Kojima has done something like that. In Zone of the Enders, the cockpit on the mechs was placed fittingly for a, well, "cock"pit. Still, Zone of the Enders is adored by many.

Project Cars still has predetermined rain patterns that aren't influenced by physics. Watch the left side of the windshield at 50 seconds. It's very definitely improved, but it isn't quite up to DriveClub yet.
Based on the scale at the bottom, that area is around 5x5 kilometers (25 km^2), give or take a couple (eyed it; didn't measure). Not bad for a single zone. This is my most anticipated game of the year.

Keep in mind that this is very early footage of a game originally built on PS3. I imagine it will look much better by the time it releases in 2016.
