The damage model doesn't bother me as much as the wobbly suspension on cars supposedly outfitted with stiff racing suspension. The extreme motion philosophy the developers are taking with this game is a little unsettling for me (almost gives me motion sickness).
Bumble, I would take 1440p and 60Hz over 4k and 30Hz any day. Framerate is a big deal to me. So much so that I plan to get a high refresh rate (120-144hz) monitor for my gaming PC. Still, I will be getting this on the PS4 pro because it's what my brothers have.
The relatively clear graphics advantage goes to Forza 7. One thing that annoys me about Forza 7 is the unnecessary and unrealistic spoiler and windshield wiper wobble. That simply doesn't happen in the real world. Also, occasionally, the shocks give way too much. I understand they want the whole motion thing, but it's just distracting to me.
As for GT Sport, I don't think it really pushes the potential of the PS4 well yet. This is a spinoff title, however, so ho...
