No surprise here, 360 almost always outsells the PS3- multiplatform, exclusives and hardware. It's great!
Here's the funny thing, reviews and results are two completely different things. And the results that I see are this:
Kinect is selling very well
Move is not even being talked about except for maybe on N4G
Halo Reach sold very well
Fable III sold very well
360 is selling very well
Holiday season for Wii: strong like always
Holiday season for PS3: tepid
Holiday season for Xbox: amazing
What really cracks me up is that your post has a Disagree on it that, I am pretty sure, is from someone who doesn't even own Kinect and most likely owns a PS3.
No, the problem is N4G is pro Sony. Reviews on Kinect have been stellar everywhere and it's selling out. I'm not really sure how much money GamePro got for that review, but it's the most inaccurate review I have ever read. We had 30 people over this weekend for a party and it was the life of the party. Everyone was completely amazed on how accurate and how little lag there was. There's so little lag that it doesn't dampen the experience at all. The author is clearly ...
Are you joking me? Every side by side comparison of games has always leaned toward the 360. Sorry, but get your facts straight.
Yeah, you'll play then for 3 days then wonder why.
What a crock of crap. The only reason why games "can't be done on a 360" is because of bluray, period. Look at Rage, probably the most awesome looking game to hit any platform and it looks more amazing than any game before it and ran at 60 FPS on the 360.
The 360's triple core processor is more than enough to run anything out there. You guys act like the cell processor is 10 years ahead of the 360's CPU when in fact, it's not all that. And the ...
Can't wait for it, been following it for months!!!
Uh, when America doesn't have money, the rest of the world is in the crapper.
Shortages. There's always something or someone to blame for Sony's failures.
Why does crap like this even get approved or even submitted for that matter? Clearly this is some guy with a blog who has an *opinion* about a game and gets submitted by someone who loves their PS3 just to stir crap up.
Sorry, but MGS is pretty stale these days, as well. And you can say that about many franchises, Xbox, PS3 or Wii.
And as for Halo, well it speaks for itself. It's probably the most well known game title in the history of man and will re...
Here we go, another "Wait until..." post.
Great article by WHO? This is some guy who clearly loves the PS3. What a joke. I can skew and throw numbers around and post them all I want. And once again, the PS3 crowd flocks and rallies around anything and everything that points in their favor, again, what a joke.
Oh brother...Vgchartz is always way off. The numbers are so skewed, it's pathetic. They should just change the name of their site to PS3Chartz and be done with it. The numbers are so inflated for the PS3 that it's embarrassing that you guys would even consider them factual.
yaaaawwwnn.... Sony could have only one title and you guys would claim it's better. Give it a break- everyone knows Live is superior to PSN, hands down. Stop being cheap for the sake of having something to complain about. Or better yet, go out and get a job!
Sorry, but the only people raving about Move is in here. The masses know nothing about Move and most never will. Wrong genre, wrong "Move". For starters, the aesthetics are horrible. Move looks like a snow cone and Move titles won't push consoles, Kinect will push many consoles.
Hahahahaha. Wow, that just looked bad. The more I see motion control in core games, the more I am glad MS is going the more casual route. That didn't look fun at all, almost ridiculous.
This definitely won't sell consoles.
Confirms my statement- PS owners won't be buying Move and since Sony wasn't smart enough to include and casual fun Move games, it certainly won't push console sales. Kinect will sell many consoles.
Uh, I seem to remember all of the, "low inventory" excuses over the last few months. I expect this excuse for the rest of the year on all of next from Sony.
Don't you mean, "2012 is the year of the PS3!" ??? You may want to shoot for 2013.
