I think part of the purpose of a cover is to attract the attention of the gamer, who will see it, then take a look at the back to see what it's about. I definitely think the cover of FFXIII does it. VII, VIII, IX, X, and XII didn't fulfill any of your requirements for quality box art. XIII follows the tradition of past FF games in the sense that either the main character or the whole cast is shown on the cover.

I remember the special edition for FFXII looked pretty cool too, with just the judge in the background. considering it takes almost an entire clip to kill someone, with an AK at least. Yeah it ONLY takes around 8 actual bullets, but with the horrible accuracy of the gun and with people rolling around and taking cover, I would hardly think people don't want to get grenades simply cause they might get fired upon.

more than double the maps that Uncharted 2 offered. Even if Naughty Dog offered one free map, they still have to release another 8 maps free to match that of MW2.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy Uncharted 2 a lot, but people are making unfair comparisons between Uncharted adding an additional free map to their current 7 maps, while MW2 is charging us to have an extra 3-4 maps to their curent 16 or so.
Just saying. Oh, and that Bad Company 2 multiplayer is cool...for a minute. Dying and then having to run two minutes to where the action is, that's never fun. I'll take Modern Warfare 2's multiplayer anyday. Lots of attachments for a crapload of guns, killstreaks,etc. Makes any other multiplayer game out there look unvaried.

It's just that the Sony fanboys are really anal over this stuff. I'm a gamer first, I play good games no matter what console. Sony fanboys on the other hand, will probably refuse to play a great game, even if it only came out on the 360. Same with the xbox fanboys.

Because I'm not satisfied with the games they have.
My first 'next-gen' console was the 360. So the majority of the games I've played are on that system, and I'm more comfortable/familiar with its dashboard. I also own a PS3, but I wouldn't pay 50 for it's service if it started charging, simply because most of the games I've owned or played have been for the 360, and the majority of my friends are Live as well.
Simply put, for 4 dollars a month, I've very satisfied...
I make that much in change in a day.
The majority of my friends have a 360 and not a PS3, so I'm on Xbox Live more. I'm sure that's the reason for a lot of other folks too.
See, they didn't want to wait 3 years for the PS3 and 360 to be the same price, so they just went ahead and bought the more affordable console at the time.
That's over 4 years though. I can make that much in a week or two.
If you guys are gonna participate in console wars, don't bring the PC into it. If a game is coming out on the 360 and PC but not on the PS3, you Sony fanboys might not call it an exclusive, but who gives a sh1t, cause you still don't get to play it on your PS3.
