give it more time and i assure you probably 20% or more of the consoles will fail. it took my launch console 6 months to finally go bad. just give it time...
why should a company MAKE money off of selling faulty products? i think if the thing breaks for no good reason it should be replaced. maybe they will do a little more R&D next time and make a product last like it should instead of haveing them screw up and make another 400$ off their customers.
im sure most people BREAK their own consoles. NOT! most of them sit on the shelf and simply overheat. and i beleive M$ should stand by their product. if i go through 2 consoles in 6 months you know its not me breaking it. or anyone else for that matter. i'll keep getting free consoles till the next one comes out. thats how its SUPPOSED to be. who should have to buy a 400$ console more than once? OK THEN!

you say for an extra 20 bucks you get a warranty? wow great. with my receipt sams club will give me and exchange for FREE even 5 years from now. yes ive done it before. i had a phone that worked great for a few years then it started eating battery packs. 5 years later i took it back with my receipt for a refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED! thats how it should be everywhere. but i guess gamestop doesnt feel that way. remember all the pre orders that werent filled? people who preordered werent getting ...
the cell shading (comic) graphics dont look nex gen at all to me. horrible character designs. cheesy a$$ music. and is that the batmobile? WTF?? even perfect dark looks better and it was a LAUNCH TITLE!
i had a launch console go bad 6+ months after i bought it. i returned it to sams club where i bought it and got a spankin new one with no hassle. thats why you buy at big retail stores not $hitty gamestop or EBgames cause they will tell you to call microsoft and send you on your way.
i have a 360, and do NOT plan on getting a PS3 i despise sony so dont EVER call me a sony fanboy. all im saying is the graphics suck a$$. its not impressive and when you compare games like this against Gears of War it looks like utter $hit! i dont have to love every game on the 360 to own one do I?

either the ps3 shots were slightly sharper or the 360 version had better lighting effects considering sharpness wont be a factor in HD, im going to go ahead and say that there were more lighting effects in the 360 version.
i have a 360. im no sony droid. im also a member of another 360 forum and there are plenty of people with problems. most everyone i know has gone through at least 1 console. a couple people on the forum have gone through 5. this isnt coincedence at all.
