i put those pics up on charlieoscardelta.com only a few hrs ago. keep in mind that the level names are most likely not official and the names are just for a quick reference for the devs. I snapped this pic during the single player demonstration at infinity ward studios where they played through 2 missions: the bog level and the level on the ship.

I was one of the winners of the COD4 first to play sweepstakes. on aug 8th im flying to LA to be one of the first to play the game and tour the activision studio. :) we also get to see/play some single player campaign and have a Q&A session with the developers. anyone have any specific questions they want me to ask?

this newer version has way more jaggies than last years in game footage.
have a stockpile of useless broken 360s. the point of them refurbishing them is that they just fix the failed part on the broken ones and ship them back out. MS would lose BILLIONS if they gave out new consoles and just trashed the broken ones.

if you think this game is gong to suck. the completely destructible environments, the cinematic flow in gameplay, going into a bar and then leaving it in shambles. i think you've forgotten how well max payne and hte matrix games sold. this is a totally new genre though. building on the past to create something entirely new. go play some lame sequels if you cant appreciate original titles.
so for all of those environments to age in "real time" how many months do you have to play a level for stuff to age to that degree? aging like that just doesn't work in a videogame world. maybe in a game where you go into the future and see everything from the past all old, but that would defeat the point of "real time" aging.
the 360 uses some different type of wireless technology. bluetooth is cheaper.

i was playing forza 2 and downloading the DIRT demo. once it was done i switch over to check it out, and OMG it felt like i was driving a HOVERCRAFT! you dont even have to brake to turn! maybe its just because the physics in forza 2 are lightyears ahead of DIRT.

M$ wouldnt be able to produce accurate numbers because some people (myself included) are fraudulently returning broken consoles to the retailer (no im not going to reveal how). Sorry but I paid 400 bucks for this thing, I'll be D@MNED if i have to pay a 150$ repair cost or get stuck with some refurb POS. IMO the retailer can ship the POS back to M$ and they can lose money on it. Its the only way M$ can endure some of the cost they're customers are having to pay for faulty consoles. Anyone ...
one of the reasons COD3 and BF2 sucked so bad was the addition of vehicles and too many people in one game. It takes the intimacy out of the game when you have 30 players on your team and cant call each of them by name.

M$ scams you by not fixing the console, scam them back. buy a new 360 at walmart. carfully open it and gently peel off both serial number stickers and put the new sticker on the broken console. dust if off and make sure it looks new. package it back up nicely and head back to walmart where you hand them your receipt for your recently purchased xbox and explain to the customer service person how pissed your wife or parents were when you came home with a 400$ game system. let them open it up ...
