Should have been this price from jump street. I was watching the movie A civil Action (Great film), and thought to myself: "Why hasen't a lawyer filed a class action suit again M$ for the Xbox 360?" Anyhow, $149.99 is a OK price for gambling on a RROD unit.
It's still this generation's Xbox pieces. I went through 5 RROD's and have not heard the word on new 360 inter parts. I will wait until the next round of consoles' (Before I look at MS again)
Also, I checked the MS confrenece, and that Natal thing is whack! However, Gears 3 looked really good.
I love the difibulater used in BC2 (I love being the medic)...much better than that laser life reviver thing in K2 (It looks cheesy)
People cried about the K2 controls, so I guess it could change. (It didn't matter much to me though)
I never knew what the score was in K2. Need a voice to tell us this (Like in Halo and call of Duty)

PSN is free, and I read a lot of comments where people try to compare a free service to one that charges. The 1st Gears was outstanding! As a PS3 owner, I would love that game. However, I didn't care for Gears 2 at all.
Additionally, with Mass Effect 2, Splinter Cell (C), and Alan Wake....I admit that I'm considering a 5th (THAT'S RIGHT, I got burned 4 times!)360. I don't care about MW2 or the 2nd Gears though.

MM is not making a ton of money, which is what Microsoft is all about. (Not that making money is bad, but itf the bottom line for MS) Also, Gears is making a killing, so it would not be in their best interest to maybe end up like Bungie and of course...Infinity Ward. I know Gears will never see the light of day on the PS3, but other Epic games could do very sell in teh multi-plat arena.
Personally, I could care less what Microsoft does, as I do not own an Xbox 360. Futhermore, I believe that Sony's Eye toy was along the lines of what they are doing now....so it is sort of a rip off and part of their own evolution.
I would also like to see Sony not worry about their competition, and focus on making more great exclusives. With the sales of the PS2 still ongoing (Although they are finally slowing down), Sony should re-make/make sequels some of the great classics ...
Microsoft offered a few pieces of silver, and Square Enix sold their reputation for it. Please...if anything, the game was "dumbed-down" for the 360. The Japan version of FF got insane love, but somehow, this version is getting sub par reviews. (At least Versus is only on the PS3, so that game will return the franchise back to respectability.)

Mass Effect 2 got great scores....and I played a little on my firends 360. (VERY IMPRESSIVE!) Until I play god of War 3, I must admit that M2 is the GOTY leader right now.
Also, Final Fantasy and FF Versus, Halo Reach, The Last Gaurdian, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell: Conviction, and Mario Galaxy 2 are not out yet. (2010 is great, so far.)
For me, I will just wait a few weeks...and see what the failure rate is looking like for the Xbox 360 "slim" console. If it holds up, then I will be OK with the 9/10 score.
