MS had all the publishing rights to the entire Mass Effect trilogy but
They gave EA the publishing rights in exchange for keeping the game exclusive to their console
so no mass effect will ever be on the ps3
its 360 and pc only

im not saying this rumor is true im saying is konami cant make back the production cost soon after mgs4 release they may have to release a 360 version
also i get the feeling konami is staying quiet about a 360 version to increase ps3 sales since mgs4 is the main reason to get a ps3
