No they didn't lol the FTC got baited and made this much easier for MS, when the FTC fail to get a preliminary injunction in a few weeks they're done and out of the picture for this deal, it'll be the CMA as the sole regulator on Earth against the deal
You don't even know what an injunction is. The FTC didn't get a preliminary injunction, they got a TRO which stops MS from closing for 14 days so that the FTC can TRY to get a PI, the problem is they won't get a PI because the FTC have no argument which is why they keep losing court cases. They tried to get one against Meta back in March and the judge told the FTC to go kick rocks.
For the ignorant in the comments (which is about 95% of people here) this is a good thing for MS because now after they beat the FTC in federal court, the FTC is no longer a factor and MS doesn't have to deal with their internal court which is basically designed to delay and get companies to walk away from deal

1. This game was meant for a PC architect which the 360 is very similar too 2. Sure it uses UE, But its a heavily modified UE, in order to make a PS3 port they would have to build a whole new engine for it, a waste of time and money for a 2 year old game that wont even break 1 million sales on the ps3
3. MS has an NDA with EA, they gave EA the publishing right...
