This is bullsh!t, sure the characters are better in Crysis, but here they are put against 2005 CG image and any one who says Crysis can render in engine better than 2005 trailer is just mad. Explosions are both wrong Crysis looks like old Hollywood movie explosions, in Killzone explosions look like they have been pulled out of bullet time moment of a modern movie. Environment screens are Crysis vs. Far Cry 2. And the weapon screen of Crysis is promotional material, not an ingame shot.
Thank god! I thought this game would be in development for rest of my life, but 2010 bollocks, I thought Alan Wake was late, but this game has been in development since 2002 or 2003, so either this is the best game ever made or....
I doubt all of those extra parts are for PS2 emulation, I hear Sony managed to merge some parts to cut costs and not all of them were related to PS2 emulation, I think they even made the internal flash memory smaller.
With time and effort this can be a good game they could make more levels and make a PSP or a DS version.
I personally will be surprised if anyone picks the publishing rights to this game it looks so blend so uninspired, why would anyone buy this for sixty dollars is well beyond me, maybe they thought too much about Bloodrayen, but I think this game even if executed perfectly can only aim at 7/10 or 8/10 at best.
I just love this soundtrack I think it's one of the more positive things about the game and hey its free now.
SeeD exams something special, bad thing was your rank could go down if you did the wrong things, but now when I think about that it makes perfect sense, I can't say the graphics were the best for PS, but they were very impressive. The fight with Omega is indeed epic, but it's not exactly easy, so love is not the right word, but I hugely respect it.
Yeah, this game was great when it came out, I love FFVII, but as far as FF games go FFVIII is my favorite and yes this is one of my favorite games overall. Optional side quests and secrets were good, great story.
What the bloody hell is this I mean it's like blu-ray phobia or something, get over it and learn to live with HD around you.
Sure mouse support would give PC gamers an edge, but it's not like you are against each other it's a co-op so let them have an edge just give them smaller health bars or something to balance the difficulty.
And this will be the best looking version, will run at higher resolution than X360, better textures, little to no loading times, but online co-op will not be as good as on Xbox Live or even on PSN, but if you're after high framerates, and graphics superiority PC version is for you.
Wow, Capcom just made a huge leap backwards in terms of multi platform development I mean DMC4 looked almost the same on both PS3 and X360, but this, PS3 version looks like... I mean it could run on Pentium 4 and GeForce 6 series, pathetic Capcom.
GT will be great I'm sure of it, but if you're like me that is to say a big F1 fan you are looking forward for the new F1 game I hope it will be a proper racing game and not something silly like GRID.
Actually if beyond3d is to be trusted Far Cry 2 runs at 1274x692 that is to say 692P on PS3 and at 1280x696P on X360. Uncharted runs at 720P not 920 and yes I do think it looks a lot better than Gears and a little bit better than some of the Gears 2 graphics.
I don't think PS3 or X360 could run all of the games at 1080P no matter how optimized they will be. And GTA at higher resolutions can barely work on good PCs let alone PS3/X360.
Sure people at Beyond3D, talk about resolutions, and frame buffers, and it's all they seem to care about, but News is something new right? while the sub HD resolution is nothing new ever since Halo 3 and COD4.
This is news? wow most of the games nowadays run ar sub HD resolutions and if 720P is relatively widespread, 1080P the True HD is a very rare native resolution for modern console games.
A great man, if it were not for him and Gran Turismo, I would have been a completely different person than what I am now.
Well Famitsu gave The Last Remnant 38/40 and the game is bloody awful, I guess there are some cultural differences between us and them.
It's not how many % of PS3s power Killzone needs to run, the problem is the rendering technique it uses requires more memory than X360 EDRAM can hold, without it X360 graphics are on the same level as GeForce 7600GT, so there is not much chance of Xbox running Killzone 2.
Hey iistuii, I bet you know less people who bought their console for the TV rather than, who bought TV for their consoles.
