But it would, aerodynamic downforce of this thing would be enormous, it could have an active suspension, active aero, electronic driver aids, more powerful engine. Without a set of rules to hold a designer back you would get an absolute monster.
I think I noticed Jaguar XJ13 in some of those shots, I love that Jag, it always makes into my top 5 most beautiful cars of all time.
Some time ago I(GT is quite simply my favorite game) told my brother:You know what I think GT is not really living up to my expectations, all of the features are great, but the competition is closing in in graphics department and 800 cars(some of this 800 cars might be icons like the Jaguar E-Type, Toyota 2000GT, Merc 300SL, Audi R8, Lancia Delta and some others) were lifted straight from GT4, now don't get me wrong to this day GT4 can challenge some modern games in terms of graphics, but...
Monza is my favorite GP circuit, I just love the pure speed oriented of this track.
You know this to me is a bit sad, all the cars appear to be in their launch specifications even the outboard mirrors are on the cars and this mirrors are no longer allowed in F1, no flexible wing on Ferrari and Red Bull, no F-duct on them either, no blown diffuser on Ferrari, Merc, McLaren and Renault. What else did they miss? I don't know but a lot of the cars have changed a lot since February.
You know now I think those helicopter missions is not was Ace Combat is about it is about top pilots fighting other top pilots(I am not particular fond of air-to-ground missions) and I hope we will get the simple camera from the old days or a cockpit view, Ace Combat does not need an over the shoulder view.
This for me was a big surprise I thought they were making a PSP game. I love Ace Combat games, I still play Zero and the 5th one, good games.
So how do I operate this new blown rear wing everybody is running this year? Also will the cars get upgrades race by race just as they do in real life or we will get a single latest version of the car?
I think GT2 is great, even when pitted against modern racing games there is something about the driving model, which is a very nice mix of arcade and sim. Also I miss Red Rock Valley Speedway.
The world hated this when Lair, so do they expect us to like unresponsive controller tracking, why?
This car was too expensive for Citroen to pull of in the first place, I am sure it would sell no problem, I mean I hear the LFA sold out and it's a Lexus, supercar and a Lexus, now that is something you don't hear every day. Had this been a project by Lambo or a Zonda I am sure it would go into production and cost twice as much as Citroen were going to price it.
God, the radio was awful, I thought maybe codemasters could avoid this nonsense radio, Studio Liverpool games were cursed with, but there you have it I mean no F1 driver needs to be taught about the slipstream or turbulent air behind the car. Also why does this video looks like it is being played on the idiot difficulty setting?
Spot on! that is exactly what I want to know.
That one made me laugh only a person who has never actually driven a car can say something like this. I can't say GT is real life physics, but at least cars have some feel to their weight.
Yeah, the dust seems to be a problem for current gen racing games, GT4 had lovely dust effects, for it's time, but you have to admit the game does look gorgeous.
I do love GT games, but I hope Circuit de la Sarthe will have day/night cycle, I mean 24 hours is a day right? so just like the real thing we should get to race in the dark.
Now that would be something.
And to think this game was originally planned for the first Playstation.
Well that might be true, but what about games they will make for Sony, games like Ratchet and Resistance might suffer because of this.
Yeah, although in this particular case it took a little bit longer to load the textures, than in the other videos.
