Did you just do a quick Google search of Xbox exclusives? Because Scalebound was never released.
Games don't always perform the same on every system.
Why would they? Xbox is the only one putting games on other consoles.
I haven't tried it myself. I remember thinking it looked good and then like you I heard it was bad and never touched it.
Watch Dogs Legion ended up selling over 10 million copies, not a good choice for an example there.
They're still playing them without buying them though, GamePass is the reason it isn't selling. Can't really blame Xbox gamers for poorly supporting 1st party Xbox games when the GamePass route is what MS has been pushing for.
