The problem is simple square-enix used to be about making good games even if they went broke doing it. They used to take risks just to do things no one else had. Then WADA took the helm and everything is profit profit profit. I dont mind playing on my portable once in the while but damn I cant play a 40-60 hour game on it.

Well considering square-enix would save tons of development money by making a wii game and we haven't heard about Kingdom hearts 3 since god knows how long. Honestly you guys should be hitting yourself. The last good square enix game was final fantasy 10. The only great thing crisis core was a great disappointment.I still own my snes copy of mariorpg and chrono trigger so I can say I have been gaming a longg time. Remember square enix not squaresoft.

Sakaguchi has a personal grudge against ken kutaragi nothing really against sony in general. Sakaguchi is given too much freedom from microsoft and I doubt he had that freedom at square. His company is also fully funded by microsoft so A little bias is probably smiled upon.

Square always had duds remember tobal no#1 or chocobo racing 1-99. Its just been worse recently because of shoestring budgets.

The stupidity of this man who releases game after game for the 360 but ignores the ps3 which will probably sell more demos of ff13 then any square 360 game released in japan. yea microsoft probably covers all development costs but profits are too small to justify alienating the target demographic.
