The problem here has nothing to do with development. Wada is the only thing standing between any ff7 being released. Sony has publishing rights so it would be have to be released on the ps3. Actually has there been any ps3 square games yet?
I honestly do not understand what is so special about the 360. My 360 is a year old and freezing up every 30 mins. I only bought this for the xbox because I wanted to use my old save. From now on ps3 and pc first. Here is my gamertag if anyone doesn't believe me

Everything that makes jrpgs great are the surprise battles and turn based battles. Lost odyssey looks to be one of the last to follow this format though.
It wasnt just the battle system though. The story was horrible and the characters were unlikeable. One of the guys was sleeping with a half cat chick. The main characters felt like they were tagging along the whole time. Bleh I want a true ff7 sequel to finish off the story and I can forgive square-enix.

The poor get plenty of help in america. There is medicare, food stamps,assisted housing, and unemployment that goes on and on. The problem in this case would be the actual people not the government. Microsoft does not expect to ever make back the money they put into the xbox division. They have lost more then the ps2 ever made. Microsoft just wants to destroy console gaming as it is now and convert xbox users to media center pcs running microsoft software using online distributed games.
Sony on the other hand has put all its cash on bluray and that also put them in huge debt.Regardless both companies are not to concerned about current profits.
