I think its much more likely to be co op than MP.
I thought more set pieces would have been nice. Like being inside the monster in Gears 2. Honestly I thought the section as Cole was the best in any Gears game. Baird and Sam's sarcastic bickering was genuinely funny and the humor fit the action perfectly. Going back to Marcus was your standard military jargon with no humor :(
Get em both. I'm new to Resistance and the secondary fire on all the weapons REALLY separates it from any other FPS. They just need to tweak the atomizer damage (it owns everything) and do something about the ammo beacon missile launcher combination (it ruins matches). Both games are awesome.
Better deal than 3ds' all around. Plus 60 FPS and online play. Not attacking the 3ds, but it seems irrelevant. Nintendo should just focus on Wii U cause it seems the only good games on 3ds are re releases.

I've played this classic a million times and the main reason I was getting it was for the graphical upgrade. That plus no move support plus no platinum sucks. No buy from me.
In addition I think all last gen HD upgrades should have 60FPS like the MGS and GOW collection
I couldn't have said it better. If the lack of MP changes means that they have been working on the SP, then I'm all for it.
I's say Bioshock 1 was was much better with 360 controller. I don't think anyone liked being forced to use the PS3 triggers.
However Assassins Creed is so much better with the PS3 controller its not even funny.

I'd say Uncharted and Mass Effect. Both are flawless IMO.
I never really liked the free-for-all MP in Assassin's Creed. The team based modes can be very fun however.
I can't say that those controllers are good looking at all, nor do they remind me of the excellent games they're supposed to represent.
If you're having fun, then the game did its job really. If you're still having fun with those cons you listed, you have something special.

Anyways I think they're both ugly. I actually agree that the Gears controller is better because you know what game its associated with simply by looking at it. These, not so much.
