@Leons
Seriously, stop spamming that no one liked the first one. You say the same thing on every Lost Planet 2 post. 3 million people loved it. 400,000 of those were PS3 owners.
One of the best games on 360 when it came out. Will be one of the best when the sequel arrives. I'm excited for this game. Stop trolling seriously.

360 ...
@Gametime LOL. Nice.
"yet on the other hand...DLC for Burnout Paradise is absolutely awesome"
-Too bad the game itself wasn't awesome. Yes, I have the best version --PC version. Full settings baby!
Let's just say I rather play the worst Need for Speed game than this crap. Waaay too arcadey for me.
On topic/
Everyone here does realize that DLC for this game also comes out for PC? I have Fallout 3 for PC, just finished beating Operation:Anchorage and g...
Imagine with no UMD though...10 hour sessions that's what!
I would buy it only if it looks like in the picture.
Anyone check a 7 Eleven? Never know, it's worth a try.
Gears, Halo and Call of Duty have proved themselves. Killzone series...not so much. Here's to Killzone's 2nd chance.
The thing is that Epic also released Unreal Tournament 3 as well and went and made a port for 360 in the same time frame.
Epic Studios also licenses their engine, being the most licensed engine to date...meaning, lots and lots of $$$!
Wrong comment darn! Bubbles for avatar anyway.
"The soldiers still have that doll-face. Lifeless eyes staring during gameplay. Of course in the cut-scenes the facial-expressions is life-like. But during gameplay it breaks apart. The hellgasts are easy, because their face are always covered."
I thought I was the only one that noticed that, but yes Gears has some of, if not, THE best character animation and lifelike visuals I've seen in a game character.
That's nothing though, pop in Gears for PC pum...
"I also LOVE how Epic claimed to have "updated" the flashback maps for multiplayer when all they did was add greenery or snow to everything ::rolls eyes:: "
-Having destructible environments on the Flashback maps would require updating alone. Not to mention snow/daylight effects, etc. 'Updated' would ring true here.
@Xbots
Finally, someone that ain't scared to express their honest opinion. KZ2 is too dark for my taste, story too sh...
"That's all they did."
-Negative. Major polygons were added to the characters, weapons, etc. Lighting, cover, etc. was also improved. It shows you in the Collector's Edition.
I just don't see it. Seriously, dynamic lighting? Yet mediocre gameplay, gray and bland visuals not to mention laughably ridiculous voiceovers. KZ2 can claim the title in the lighting department but in realworld graphics and polygons, Gears 2 has KZ2 beat.

I for one rented LP1 after it dropped. Once I was done, bought the game. This game had a lot of polish, didn't have the best story or at least a story us Americans can relate to but did most things right.
This game packed a lot of action, and the way you upgraded from Average Mech to Uber Beast Mech; to fighting enormous bosses and the fire effects!!!--was awesome.
For a game released exclusively on the 360, and later on PC/PS3 it did quite well.
1...
It's not known whether it will be. Lost Planet 1 was ported over to PS3 but sold nowhere near what the 360 sold( http://www.vgchartz.com/gam...
An updated version of Lost Planet (Lost Planet: Colonies) was released later on, cross-platform online play exclusively for PC/360 with no PS3 version.
So LP2 could be exclusive...or not.
I think it's quite fair. Gears 2 destroys Killzone 2 and Lost Planet 2 destroys Uncharted 2. Plain and simple, true in every sense of the word.
Don't worry though, Lost Planet 2 is coming for PC cross-platform with 360 that way you PS3 fans won't be left out of this bar-setting gem. Game on.
It's amazing how you spam the exact same thing on almost every Lost Planet 2 article.
You sir are full of fail
This guy spams the same exact thing word for word on every Lost Planet 2 article. Sony Fanboy Fail!
Way better than Killzone 2.
Bad for you.
I on the other hand, rented the game, beat it, played online...purchased it. It was an impressive game at the time I loved everything about it. A very fun game all throughout.
From the looks of Lost Planet 2, it will be good and sell lots on 360/PC.

Yeah, agreed. Killzone 1 was a disaster so Killzone 2 will be no different.
