Dave Payerle writes: As one of those games I’d always meant to play but never gotten around to, I was pleasantly surprised when a copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution – Director’s Cut showed up in my review assignments. The game starts out strong, with an interesting story, brought to life by some very nice voice work. Unfortunately, one of the core mechanics is never adequately explained, and left me feeling like I was actively fighting against the game to progress through it, effectively killing a lot of my enthusiasm for the title.
