i would actually find it funny if i fragged someone who instantly blew up, even if they took me with them. im much more likely to be upset if someone shot me who hasn't even left spawn crouching with a sniper.
i can see people getting mad because they got killed by someone exploiting the glitch, but is it fair to temp ban them? i mean think about it. did they create the glitch? since they didn't, they are not hacking. which makes them free to play the game they purchased any way they want.
some would say all campers should be banned. but in a sense they are just playing the game they bought the way they choose. the game was not designed for people to either camp or use this suicide glitch but...

i got mw2 for both systems because i have a lot of friends (thanks to uncharted) on each. and truth is it looks better on my ps3. and my ps3 is on composite cables where as my 360 is on hdmi.
people in the distance look blurry on 360, maybe because of the filters? and the blood on the screen is not as good. just some things i noticed.
..its only fair and definitely appetiated by the customers.
this is a good opportunity to gain a bigger fan base as a company if ea really exploits how much negativity activision is receiving. if they announce dedicated servers after what infinity ward did... they will be the fan favorite.
