This is a stupid question anyway because PS3 has outsold 360 every year since it was released. Of course, with a PS3 slim, it will destroy 360. The only question is will it surpass its LTD next year? (Probably, definitely)

The 360 does NOT deliver higher quality exclusives. PS3 does. 360 (sometimes) delivers better multiplatforms. Put it this way, for every 100 Xbox games with middling graphics, there's one Uncharted (the first) that still blows them all away.

And by the way, still false. Pixel counters and comparisons aside, the general public believed PS3 versions were superior because of the console's higher price. Doesn't mean they were, just that people believed it.
Anyway, as far as exclusives go, where a console's power actually matters and not every game is made for the lowest Xbox denominator, PS3 has never been surpassed.

First they play up GTA4 because they "secured" a former Sony exclusive, but when they realise it was an average game, they try to play up their temporary exclusives. Once it's out on PS3, they'll say: "Maybe R* can put the GTA4/Ballad/L&D behind them with GTAV, a former Sony exclusive series, coming to 360 this fall!"
