The 4090 is still very expensive - and in my view overkill for the current crop of games. The 4080 / Super is where it's at
Same here
Yeah fair point, although GTA V mods really are stunning... very unlikely the base game will come close to some of the most powerful ones out there IMO
OtterX, thank you. We all want N4G to grow and thrive. There's a ton of great people on here so we're trying to build it back up sustainably and reward the community who get behind it. The more we can encourage people coming back, the less reliance on things like ads :) Looking forward to sharing more N4G rewards updates soon
'smart TV for gaming'
Understood - we have amended accordingly as we certainly don't want that to happen again
Understood - we have changed in light of that feeback as think you're absolutely right.
Hi all, thanks a lot for your comments below and glad you like the idea. This program is for you guys, so based on the comments we will amend the pool to the top 100. That way, it opens it out to more people and encourages others to get involved more. Interaction and debate is so key for N4G's future, so we're glad to be able to give back.
I hope so!
Can't wait for this... HATE CGI trailers. I get it for older consoles like PS1, but with the power behind today's hardware, there is no excuse.
This comment has made me laugh about five times.
lol
haha
At least we got Metal Gear!
yep... looks unreal. Loved the soundtrack and looks to be more 'colourful' this time around. Last one very dark
Ha - sorry, I just got excited as Ghostrunner and Metal Gear 3 are probably up there with my faves of all time.
Helldivers just felt too much of a Starship Troopers wannabe IMO
Needed more gameplay I think... too many 'movies'
I did call it on the Indies...
Echo sentiment here - I think the way GPUs are going, gaming could be secondary to deep learning. Wonder if the 40 series was the last true generation of GPUs?
