People seem to confuse cross-game chat with persistent chat. XBL offers you persistent chat that works with your friends in ANY GAMES and will still work even though 1 friend might quit the game. That's the beauty of it. Besides, playing with friends you know is a billion times more fun than playing with random people you don't wanna talk to.

Granted, I can't afford it either but that didn't stop me from realizing how much it kicked ass when I tried it. It's nothing like the other gimmick motion chairs. Each movie has a motion track specifically programmed by their motion designers, just like a sound track, so what you feel really fits with what's happening on screen.

I have always stated that Halo was a 'decent' franchise but nothing extraordinary. Deserving around 8/8.5 outta 10. It IS the most overrated gaming franchise ever.
I mean, considering the story is utter sh!t and graphics are so-so, how can it set itself apart THAT MUCH from other FPS' getting 5/10? (i.e. Haze, which I couldn't play more than 15min (just like Halo 3))

In my opinion, the Dual Shock 3 should score higher because of motion sensor and -WAY BETTER- d-pad. Anything using d-pad (i.e. ALL fighting games) is unplayable on 360. SNES controller was crap, only suitable if you're 10, same for that Genesis controller.

Problem is, so many games, too little time. Still playing Tekken 5 DR Online. I quit playing Burnout Paradise after 6-7 hours (disappointing compared to Burnout 3 IMO). And I didn't even pickup GTA IV yet which I just CAN'T wait! oh... and summer is coming. Time to ride outside! :D

RRoD makes the PS3 version of GTAIV a winner by far for anyone who has both PS3 and 360. Case closed.
It seems like both games are almost equal. Performance/graphics difference doesn't seem to be something people will notice unless they stare for days like lifeless fanboys.
For anyone who has both a PS3 and 360, the choice seems clear (unless all your friends will play online on 360), buy it for the PS3.

They released the most unreliable console ever created in human history and (almost) everyone buys it. Hell, they even started scoring a profit off of it. How could it ever go wrong with M$ in the console industry?
Make a pile of crap, beat everyone by 1 year, and you're good to go! Make sure it's not upgradable at all so its fans "upgrade" their consoles and thus give even more money to M$. ;)
Trust me, the D-BOX gaming chair and home theatre one is not just about butt kicking. It can do great motion and vibration and in real-time (i.e. games). 2008 will be a great year for D-BOX. :D
