There are legitimate criticisms of this game, it's not perfect either. The only problem it really had though was all the great Sony games that came before it. It's not better than God of War or Horizon, or Spider-Man, but it's still a massive tense super fun game. And I think Bend learned a lot from this project. The next game from them is gonna be even better, bet.

Here on N4G when you can't make arguments you say sarcastic bullshit.

What of the competitive part is the fun part?

Uncanny valley. It always looks awkward and feels forced. Feel like GoW did it pretty well over the years.

I think he did. In the interview the guy wouldn't speak on how he would have done the 6th. Makes me think they're working on some DLC.

Just some context, not making any sort of point because I intent to play at least a few BC games and I know times change but;

So you're saying that we should all be able to pre order a console and just get it when ever they're made? I guess that could work but I've personally never experienced that. Sounds sort of like the Tesla model and I'm not sure why Sony would need to even involve retailers at that point. You seem to be describing a system that no one is actually using, at least in the console space. The way it looks is that retailers got their allotment and put them up for pre-order, when thos...

Wtf are you talking about? Are you saying the PS5 isn't real or that they won't make any PS5s after launch?

1306d ago 7 agree0 disagreeView comment

Are we all just gonna act like retailers don't cut off preorders after they've reached their allocation number? If preorders don't functionally "sell out" why do retailers cut off pre orders?

How many of the people complaining about the size of the PS5 complained about the fan noise on PS4? 🤔

Man I just can't get over what Rugged does with his facial hair, dude got that anime look for real. He's definitely a dope rapper but I've never been able to vibe with his projects. He pops on features though. With Royce Trusted shooter was the one that caught me, and ever since that first Prhyme album I've been a legit fan. Book of Ryan hit me in the feels too, I must have listened to that album for a year straight.

I actually see what you mean with Busta, I l...

Yeah RDR2 had a quality level DG just didn't reach. They tried but they were never able to polish the game enough. The scenes when Deacon is talking to large groups are awful, they look like place holders. And the scene crossing the mountains looked like it was pulled straight from RDR2, with less effort.

I loved DG, thought it got a bad wrap for how good it actually was, but it wasn't on the same level as RDR2. Worth a play through now though. The game is huge.

I don't understand this comment. This article isn't about the animation lead, its about the games director. Their job is to keep the team focused on one vision not actually manage the team, that's what managers are for.

I work for a small company and after my boss left we were fkd. I'm basically my own boss now because the new guy doesn't know what he's doing and it just relying on us to get our jobs done and tell him what we need. Leadership matter...

Yeah come on bro, Power of the Cloud says hi. These are just rumors but I remember both Sony and AMD saying they've been working together on RDNA hense the rumor that PS5 will have versions of tech that'll be built into RDNA3. Seems like Sony worked with AMD on things MS was doing in house. The truth is probably somewhere in there but I don't think it's too much of a leap that the PS5 has "features" that will come with RDNA3 without implying it's some magical pow...

I wonder about GGs second team. It was hinted that they were working on a new a Killzone, but just barely hinted at, and I wonder if that second team was rolled back into the first to work on Horizon 2.

Acquiring a studio you haven't worked closely with just seems like a huge gamble. Sonys approach minimizes their risk, that's how they've moved for years. I actually remember having a convo with Apocalypse years ago about how frustrating it was watching them move so deliberately in the early days of the PS3 when they seemed so far behind the 360. It's worked for them and I have a feeling it will continue to work for them.

M&A guys, mentor and aquire. Sony wants them to prove it and they're doing that. Let the process play out. If BluePoint wants to join Sony I have no doubt that will happen.

Are you in your feelings about some promo?

Go look at Busta Rhymes streaming numbers then go look at Travis Scott's streaming numbers. It's not about how dope you are or how big you used to be, it's about your exposure now. Busta has a new project and his numbers still won't come near what Travis Scott does. Shoot if it was up to me Royce would have been my choice, The Book of Ryan proved he could narrate. But that wouldn't make any sense to a billion dollar company looking to maximize exposure.
