From what I'm aware, Stormrise was from their Australian studio and the best game they ever made was Medieval 2 Total war, the UK studio however has done everything else well, except maybe Napoleon perhaps
DRAGON AGE is my nomination, I've logged so many damn hours in that game it's nuts.

Dragon age is currently my fav, I've hadn't the opportunity to play the others, but Dragon age has definitely pulled me away from other hits. It's gameplay is just so addicting to me! (This is coming from the ps3 version as well)
Its ugly because its on a different engine m8, mass effect was on ue3, minimal work tbh, but they created a new engine from scratch to make a toolset for users and in the end, edge of reality did a good job with porting it, I've got the ps3 version and I'm pretty impressed. They'll definitely have graphics touched up in the sequel or perhaps even the expansion. Its like any other first try on a new engine game, looking at examples it's clear. Maybe they've got something to show for their rpg 'musings' a while back, but this would have to be pretty good and already into production for any gameplay footage, probably a teaser and some rough date, but other than that, considering the 'leaked' footage of Beyond Good and Evil, they might show that off to... or just BGE2... but I'd love a new GR, that series was great.
TBH, that's been there for the longest time, like way before Dragon Age had even come out, so lets cue speculation people!

Well, I don't have a link, but recently there was some story up about how Just Cause 2 is going to have that feature implemented in the ps3 version of the game, but like the other chaps have noted, its up to the developer. I mean, even the in-game xmb worked only due to huge optimizations, I think you'd probably be looking at the same amount of optimization if Sony wanted devs to all use the features included with the SDK.
This video is more spoilerish than the other ones I've seen off of gametrailers, same scene, different outcomes I'm really looking forward to this!

What settins do you have on? Right now I managed to hook up a random ati 2600 pro card to my motherboard and it's assisted by my Q6600 and 3gbs of ram on vista. I think a 2600 might be right for you, no need for extra power hookups etc etc, just plug and play. I get medium settins with no slow down unless every unit decides to engage at the same time.
