I have to disagree with you on that one. Flamebait stories catch the eyes of so many people that it wouldn't matter if you had the limit of 30 approvals, it takes 10 minutes and it's out of pending. If you had a 10 minute limbo it wouldn't matter how many approved the story it would still take those 10 minutes for it to get approved.
Also, having the limbo area would get contributors more focused on finding errors, look to see if it is duplicate etc. because the area is dedicat...
There has been many suggestions to changes before. For example: Instead of 20 approvals let there be a "limbo" area where stories stay for 10 minutes before they go to the front page as suggested by WilliamRLBaker, so that people have time to go through the story properly and maybe withdraw their approval.
The Trainee idea was good.
It's back in business now :)
So true Meus. I love the comment on Blu-ray.com: "The look and sound of lawsuit." :)
"Sad to say, many of this year’s big-budget, exclusive games for Sony’s PlayStation 3, including Heavenly Sword and Lair, were mediocre at best."
Heavenly Sword mediocre at best??
It's http://www.blu-raydisc.com/... go check it out
It was Jumper. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm...
I thought the first movie was ok, this will be a lot better though judging from the trailer.
Why not Zlatan? :)
I'll think twice before posting news from that site again. Gizmodo has been the only site (which I've used as a source for my news) so far to do a thing like this. Sure I might be overreacting but I got a little angry when the whole article changed leaving my post here on N4G looking ridiculous.
Gizmodo.com just lost all credibility.
Edit: I used to love the site but this....how on earth did their xvids not work? I'm really starting to think there's more to this than a mistake.
This got me a little pissed. I'm not the rabid fanboy, but that Gizmodo.com sure seems a little biased.
Btw, bubble for responding!
Does Xvid work? I haven't tried it yet. What the hell is Gizmodo on about then?
Bubbles for the feedback :)
Is the embedded video working for u guys? It is for me though I got a report saying it gets hung up on the banner ads.
Do they count as sales?
I don't know how the hell this wound up in industry but I wasn't around when it got reported and approved. Sorry!
Sorry for not updating the description guys, I was away from the computer too long!
It is a little weird indeed. I've got Nokia N95 and the Snes emulator runs pretty bad on it.
Agreed, with the comment "Easily one of the worst offerings on Wii. Models are low poly, there are countless frame drops and glitches, tons of pop-in, and visuals stolen from first-gen GameCube" it should be lower.
Tipsing same news from different sources is done so that they make sure they get a share when it's used, and in my opinion that share is rightfully theirs. Besides "Tips Added" only accounts for about 3% of the top contributors score and that they are well aware of, so they are not just churning out tips for the score.
