If I've learned anything in my 38 years of gaming, I've learned this: Do not buy Bethesda games at launch. Ever.
The two reasons are as follows:
1: They are always plagued with problems which require patches.
2: An all-inclusive version is sure to come out in the future with loads of DLC attached at a much cheaper price.
I'll patiently wait for the finished game to come out at bargain bin prices.
My sentiments exactly
I didn't even need to read the article. I came up with this concept a long time ago. Bottom line is, games are just way too expensive. The economy is in the crapper and they want me to spend 65 dollars on a game? And then a week later release dlc for another dig at my wallet? Not anymore. From now on I wait for the Goty editions... With all the dlc, all patches, bonus content AND a major price drop.
It taught me that I am very cheap and patient, as I don't plan on buying this until it drops in price and becomes a GOTY edition with all the patches over with and all the DLC that is bound to come out on one tidy disk. Did I mention that I was cheap? :)
I have the usual backlog of games anyway. Single player experiences of this sort can wait to be purchased until I'm good and ready and when they come with all the bells and whistles included in one nice package.
WOW. I leave N4G entirely for a full year, it seems like... I come back here just to take a look and at some new game articles and "lo and behold"... The same lame flamebait articles, and worse still, a new generation of childish commentors.
Way to go n4geeks.

I guess the inability to procure poontang drives one to form clandestine groups of like-minded losers, but alas, to no avail.
How can anyone disagree with stopping all the childish BS that goes on ad nauseum here on N4G?
Kz3 all the way. I will never buy another fps if there is no move implementation - it's that good. Move is really what makes it shine for me.
That sounds 100% silly.
Wow! Just unlocked everything!
My God, who cares? Will this never ending attempt to get hits ever get tired?
I've bought two games in the past on the merit of high praises/hype that I have regretted. One is COD4, the other is Dragon Age.
I don't get why people love this game. The inventory system is cumbersome, the graphics are distractingly bad, they do a bad job of hiding the linear nature of the game and the fighting is a total mess.
I did not see any significant difference in the demo for DA2. I'll wait for Skyrim and Dark Souls.
Lies back and lights one up...
Hope that was as good for you guys as it was for me...
Made my nether regions tingle.
So soon now...so very soon.
I for one will be using the move+sharpshooter. Move has already made me a better player. Its just natural to actually point and shoot as opposed to using dual analog sticks. Move FTW.
Killzone 3 = Digital Greatness
It feels so much better to actually aim at the screen with the Move than having to orient one's self with two analog sticks. More natural and definitely more fun and immersive. My accuracy has improved greatly. I highly recommend at least trying it out.
I really hope that sony does not drop the ball on this one. Really looking forward to this one.
