well you only have half the information, you can get the dlc chars for free by playing online (dont ask me how much matches/wins per char cause i have no clue). Maybe try to inform yourself a bit better before you go ranting.
Also about smash bros for wii U, i love that game to death but it is severely lacking in single player content. No story mode, no tournament mode (offline) and the online tournament mode is just facepalm, lackluster challenges and smash tour.....well let...
My advice is that you shouldn't buy all those games since you hardly even have time to complete one of them, let alone several. I can't imagine how hard that must be (i got too much spare time). Try picking up one game at a time and don't buy another untill you are finished with it or don't like it/get bored with it. This way you might feel less obliged to play all games out there.
Maybe pick up a wii (u) and play games WITH your kids? I don't know how old...
and you need to test the ps4 severs to see if the xbox servers van handle it. Come on this kinda shit has been goin on for so long now by every company if not for Beta, release date or DLC, they prob didn't even pay money for it.
I bought a ps4 at launch and im still waiting for that 8gb ddr5 greatness. Lot of the games I liked run pretty poorly on ps4 (especially witcher, dont know if its any different with all these patches cause i sold it 2 days after i bought it).
Transistor still tops everything on ps4 though ^^

Don't know about gears but Halo and Last of Us weren't just reskins. Halo had both old and new graphhics mode available to swap instantly. Last of Us upped their graphics and the performance of the game heavily.
Last of Us seems different to me, since it seems that they put way more effort in it than the standard remaster/reskin w/e u wanna call it. I might be a bit biased on this one, cause its such an awesome game.

I will certainly be playing smash and mk8 on NX if they are bc and if they dont rerelease them for NX. If NX is BC why wouldnt u play them on the NX? Rather have only an NX in my living room than a Wii U and an NX.

I picked up Resonance of Fate for 5 euros a while back. Unfortunately I didn't finish it. but it was one of the best spend 5 euros ;) The combat system was really cool once u got the hang of it indeed.
Can you explain what is so different about this game what makes it less fun? It still has cool chars, awesome tracks, best sound of any Mario kart, low priced GOOD dlc and online works smooth. only thing they added really is that parachute and the magnetic racing which they luckily don't overuse, oh yeah and 3 new items.
It's prob nostalgia that you can still play the older ones and enjoy them more, I have the same feeling with several other games which actually gotte...

It will certainly be uyed for it, I won't deny that. But look at the GC emulator, it enables people (who most likely bought the game if not several copies) to play Super Smash Bros Melee online, creating an actual scene for it.
