Well they have a couple but yeah the war was over long ago. Gears 6 will push UE5 pretty good so I hear and I’m looking forward to ID softwares next shooter. I’m sure that will be AAA. Other than that though, yeah, this company is dead! lol

The RE series is on fire right now! One of the few franchises that stayed great in the new generation. I’ve no doubt RE9 will be a good title too

I’m not really surprised. There’s less and less great games on the big consoles now. Too infrequent. The other systems have better libraries despite them being older titles that don’t push the boundaries of technology
1998 - the best year in gaming! Metal gear solid, crash bandicoot 3, medievil, half life, ocarina of time, thief, tenchu, resident evil 2, Spyro, tomb raider 3, oddworld abes exodus, banjo kazooie.
It was a different breed of a gaming era. You’ll never understand what it was like back then. The aura of gaming, it was different!

It was a shame because I felt the halo infinite campaign really had potential. It was ALMOST great. Until it started repeating rooms and getting lazy toward the end. Another year or 2 in the oven and it could have been outstanding…
I was the same. I was disappointed GTA IV didn’t even have planes in the game. San Andreas was a much better game to me. Loved V though
The console is only as good as its games and Xbox ain’t got shit! There’s nothing now that even shows us the capabilities of the series X. Maybe hellblade 2 when it releases but that’s just a walking simulator anyway…
I actually thought gears 5 was pretty decent and one of the better games Microsoft put out in recent years… I feel this one might be alright…

No way last of us 2 was a better sequel than the original resident evil 2. The story of TLOU2 was a huge let down for me!
Assassins creed 2 was a vast improvement over the original and still the very best of the entire franchise imo.
Half-life 2 will always be legendary.
RDR2 is great but the best sequel ever? I don’t think so… just my opinion ...
Interestingly I went back to 1 when I was 12 years old and was blown away. I was only 3 when it first released. My first mgs was 4 then I went back and played the rest and 1 instantly became one of my all time favs!
Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…
I’ll buy this just for GTA 6. And i bet a lot of people are in the same boat and Sony knows that!

Only reason I want that pro is GTA 6. And I can’t play it on PC at launch. Console only. The one and only reason I care but maybe that’s enough…
I think Xbox will just become a service rather than a console eventually.
