Lol, yeah, Raoh is right. When games are exclusive, developers have time to make them amazing and truly a groundbreaking experience. Being multi-platform means less time for programming with a due date, an inferior version, delays, and bad quality games in most cases. After FFXII and Last Remnant....screw Square-Enix. All they're good for are remakes and sequels (rarely) oh and lets not forget crappy spin-offs.
You can't prove him wrong with some fanboy rant. It's his opinion, so deal with it. Heh, I personally think trophies blow achievements out the water, but that's because there are way more games on the PS3, than on the 360 that appeal to me in any way.

Sony doesn't really seem to be worrying about competition and neither are Nintendo. You don't see Nintendo or Sony buying exclusives or timed exclusives - they just come naturally. Microsoft is the only one worrying about competition at the moment and praising themselves for being in 2nd place. I wish Microsoft's game division acted like a game division rather than a bunch of spoiled brats.
Haha, winning my ass. The Wii is putting them to shame and the PS3 is outselling them in Japan and EU. 360 has been out a year before the PS3 so the difference between the two isn't too great for Microsoft, but good for Sony since they're catching up pretty quickly.
Kotaku.com is such an obvious fanboy website. Everytime the 360 sells ONE more copy than the PS3, their headlines read "360 crushes PS3 in sales once again". However, when the PS3 sells a lot more than the 360 (which is often) Kotaku NEVER reports it as bashing. They just title it "Sales report" or something along those lines.....or they just don't report it at all.

Yeah man, I was shocked as well! I didn't even know it was made by Sega till I saw their logo on the boot screen. It REALLY took me by surprise. I hope Sega decides to make more RPG games this gen. Square-Enix started going downhill around the time they...well...became Square-Enix. Squaresoft made good games and Enix made good games, but together they suck!

I'm 100% sure that GTAIV will win. As much as I don't like it...it's just too overhyeped and it's a multiplatform game. If I could personally pick a game to give the GOTY award to, I'd give it to MGS4. I've never been so amazed by a game before.

Haha, I have to agree. Sometimes you just don't want to get up, get the game case, take it out and insert it into the PS3. Having the luxury of being able to boot it directly from the hard drive just makes games a lot more playable.
GOOD SIGN! Why? Because the more consoles it sells worldwide, the more developer support the PS3 gets. More developer support = more games.
Actually, for a gamer, sales DO matter. Why? Well, because more sales = more developer recognition. If a certain console sells a hell of a lot more than it's competitors, It's bound to get extra developer support. Extra developer support = more games. Whether those games are good are bad are irrelevant since it's still getting more support. Look at the Wii. Even though it has a bad library of games, it continue to sell well and gets tons of developer support.
What are you talking about? FFXIII is PS3 exclusive in Japan. It's only going to the 360 in the US and EU. AU still has it as a PS3 exclusive as well.
