Not through the 'Instant Game Collection', but through 'All PS3 Add-ons by Title' and the full game as well as free game trial is available. Price goes from regular 14.99 to Free for PS+

Zell is my fav from FFVIII. The only FF characters I like better are Red XIII, Shadow, and Edgar
And Altair is my favorite AC character, and was the only reason Revelations was any good imo (I felt that game dragged and was more of the same). It was amazing and sad to see his fate.
Seeing Altair make his triumphant return near Revelations with assassins...

MS has the studios, but as someone pointed out many are relatively new or only began production of games for 720 somewhat recently.
