Only according to my backlog... quite a lot.
Same here, always thought we would first do squadron 42 and after that set out into the vast mmo with some experience.
If only it would release on pc!
If any modders are interested in working on this game, I think a clear dialogue mod will be one of the first available.
Gamekind divided
I, personally, don't see the problem. The awards are nice and all, but the biggest reason I skip through the vod is mostly to see if they had any interesting reveals.
Give me a proper BF 2142, not the trash 2042.
I gotta say, got some great games lately. Hooked on Ghosts of Tabor (tarkov in vr, coop pvpve looting and everything) and Dungeons of Eternity (nice coop dungeon runner with great physics combat, bow and arrow feels great, magic staffs and more to come). Having a quest 2 is all I need right now, can do pcvr with or without cable and can bring it to a lanparty for some same room shenanigans. Love it!
Edit: also, hearing great things about the saints and sinners games, will ...
Modlists, modders take it to the next level and hopefully in the future with Starfield as well.
Enjoyed 1, skipped all of 2 (weird I know), blew through 3, loved the black flag pirate spinoff and dabbled in all the subsequent games. But, somehow, AC3 left the biggest impact to me.
I hope they take all the time they need. We just need this one to be good.
There should be! Looking at you Cloud Imperium Games... Where's the Squadron 42 release!?
It's just that I don't really care about (paid) cosmetics, especially in games like wow. And the only plus I meant with that is that you can atleast get it both ways, not just that it's entirely gated behind a paywall. But seriously why would you care so much about cosmetic options that don't mean anyting more than showing of some style or spending ability. Just like branded clothes, really don't care about brands, just give me quality.
Never had a problem with monetization for anything that's purely cosmetic. If you want to look extra cool so badly, you must like the game to a point where it's worth the money to you. If not, you can still grind to get it in wow's case, maybe a slow progress but having that option is always a plus.
Now the moment someting that gives an edge in the gameplay is purchaseable, I'll understand the rage.
Edit: Also, a bit more on the middle sid...
Had the same but with Titanfall 2 bought on steam, but launched (which it did not) with the insanely annoying ea app.
I played it a bit, but it's one of those games I just forgot about. Same with the two worlds games, gothic 3 and Arcania: Gothic 4. It sounds and looks nice (for the time) but it just doesn't scratch that itch quite right.
I threw a couple tenners at Star Citizen for a starter pack during the time they promised Squadron 42 with it. All I want is for them to finish that singleplayer version, any multiplayer is just bonus to me for that money, but will it ever happen...
Same here, simply grew up and lost interest, but the nostalgia filter still hits for things like the old pokemon crystal.
I'd love to play it again, this time on pc though. Forever waiting on that pc port.
I always think it's fine as long as such games also have the roll/dodge panic button. But I understand the will to parry, it seems so cinematic in a fight when you pull it off.
