Man oh man, the game looked phenomenal before, and now this! The art comes alive.
Look up DARPA and Boston Dynamics. This is a reality.
Oh, I have no problem with this. Doing so supports the Devs. My gripe is about the lack of the PS5 version. You'd think it should have been released prior to any type of sale of this gem.
I'm kind of pissed. I love the Little Nightmares series. I purchased the PS4/5 version prior to release. And now it's on sale, which normally I wouldn't care about... but where the heck this the PS5 iteration?!
They needed to release the complete bundle package in full BEFORE it goes on sale. Ridiculous.
If I had know they were going to drag their feet, I would have gladly waited, especially for a discount. Ridiculous.
@Obscure_Observer
Oh my... your rebuttal was indeed ott. Still using dial-up by chance?
I'll agree that the Series X does have its merits, and at some point will become a productive console. But to completely ignore PlayStation's achievements is asinine. You're like the Howard Wolowitz of gaming.
BF needs to bring it. And DICE knows it. Especially after their BFV installment. I have a sneaky feeling they'll be back on top after this release.
There are hidden tombs that will heal you as well whereas you do not have to hump it all the way back to the ship.
Gaming is indeed a luxury, and can be costly. Save your pennies and buy this at some point. It is definitely worth it.
I'm game for TLOU3, but let's take a pause and kick out a new ip first... perhaps Savage Starlight?
We have. It's called Nioh. And it's glorious.
Killzone 2 had fantastic mp. So many good memories. However it was done, the weighty feel of the guns was perfect. There was a slight learning curve to this more realist feel. Hoping Guerrilla will revisit the franchise at some point.
DICE has a uphill battle as far as redeeming themselves. The definitely have the chops, but it had been poorly executed as of late. Knowing how successful their rival has been, you'd think they'd know exactly what needs to be done.
BF is my favorite shooter series, despite the hiccups. Fingers crossed that they truly produce this time around.
Garvin has a simple but valid point. If gamers do not support the devs straight out of the chute, it could cripple them for long term aspirations with a given project. I think everyone generally realizes future funding is partially based on community response via purchases. But I understand why anyone would be leery when dropping $60 on an unknown. Perhaps the return of the demo is in order?
On the flipside, the market gets saturated with so many potentially good games. We have to pi...
This is the simple truth. From a collective standpoint, a minority will be playing these consoles 20 years from now. Then, the latest iteration of the gaming experience will far surpass anything we have at the moment. And it's safe to assume, include the ability for the nostalgic gaming experience as well.
Lol! I totally read the tweets as if the Colonel and Snake were communicating!
Looking forward to something officially official.
Yep! That game was so innovatively good. Maybe CotS will fill the void left by The Witness?
Releasing early??? This game will be solid, won't need a demo. Don't want to spoil any of the game early.
I'm not saying Fortnite is a failure by any means. Their BR is a spent formula at this point. I was a Save The World fan... really wished they had invested in that vs rehashing the same ole thing season after season.
My Dearest Sony, please provide us with that which we truly desire. Unlock the SSD expansion slot.
My inclination is that you've never played the game. While I agree, I was not impressed with Druckmann's initial rhetoric as well, but this game is by far "woke". Nowhere near as woke as half the crap you see on TV anymore.
You jumped on a bandwagon that led nowhere. Give it a whirl for yourself, you'll be impressed.
