I think what they're saying is about the Netflix stuff. from what I heard you can rent a movie from Netflix over XBL and have a group of buddies all jump in a party and watch it together..pretty cool unless you have that one friend who's always like "whoa did you see that? oh wait here is the best part!" etc.

the outcome will be the same or even more of a landslide. Gears2 will dominate, mark my words. while R2 looks great, gears2 looks just as good and it also provides a better MP experience due it not having a 60 player lag fest with COD2 style gameplay and weapons and you can, as clffy would agree with, play it on a GOOD controller. you know the controller with the sticks designed to play a shooter, the one where your thumbs dont hit eachother or slip off, the one that you dont have to constant...

I'd gladly pay $50 a year for a online service that delivers in every way. I mean the money you spend (or in your case, your parents spend) on the extra power consumtion of the PS3 alone would more than pay for Live and that's not including what it would cost to run life with playstation for a year. Pretty much the sole reason I dont buy games for the PS3 is that the controller is a chore to use.. I mean unless you are a 12 year old girl or an elf its just to small. it's like im trying to play on a gamecube controller and the positioning of the sticks is god awful. Who the hell at Sony was like oh harrow rets make a thumb stick that is convex not concave and lets make it out of slippery rubber! yay!
