Its looking more and more like a $500 PS 4 and Xbox whatever they-call-it. The u will likely be dropped to $250-300. That will be real attractive to a lot of families this holiday season. A $500 console, not so much... especially if it requires a connection to the net in order to work. I see Nintendo in a pretty good spot this holiday season.
After some extended playtime with LEGO City U, I am really looking forward to this game. Never a big fan of the lego games. I thought they were just ok, but Lego city is insanely fun and huge! Im over 15 hours in and only at 14% done! This game alone has me anticipating what they do next and LEGO Marvel looks sick! Hope they keep the open world goodness of Lego City.

My only issue with the e shop is that there simply arent enough games for purchase! We need VC titles ASAP. Cant wait to play some classics on the gamepad! Well said. Saints Row was really supposed to just be a filller while people waited for GTA 4. It did some decent stuff but they've gone too far off the path now and have run out of ideas that fit the Saints Row mold. They might as well have kept this as DLC. To slap SR 4 on this is essentially putting it out to pasture. Its simply SR3 dlc slightly expanded. And people bitch about ea and Nintendo milking series!?
What does Niko have to do with GTA 5? I used to like saints row but this new one looks stupid. SR 3 was a let down for 90% of SR fans. GTA looks 100 times better than SR4. They're trying to sneak it out beforehand because they know it will bomb otherwise.
Its always good to check the physical store with these sales as the store checker is not accurate. My store said adventure time 3ds was only available for ship to store but I went there (couple towns over) and they had around 6-7 copies.
I'm convinced they released at the right time because every system goes thru its growing pains. By the time the other systems have a decent library the Wii u will be cheaper and better through updates and the like. The game library should be great by the time the others are just releasing. In fairness, the game was decent. Lots of bugs but I had a blast with it. I only paid $20 and it was worth that. I'll pick the new one up when it reaches that price point as well.

IMO, the toys need to stay cheap. $10-$20 a pop is ridiculous. I only buy my kids Skylanders when I see them on Amazon for $5 and under. We have a pretty good collection going for a fairly small price. Ive gotten a bunch of them on Amazon for $2.99! Thats not too bad. Hopefully Nintendo does this right
It tells me that the current gen games are not designed with the Wii U in mind. and since the Wii U IS a next gen console, we wont start seeing REAL next gen games until later this fall when some are actually released.

I only bought one SNES, genesis, n64, ps1 and 2 and regular xbox. None of them failed on me. The 360 was pure hell with the red ring bs. And most systems launch with at least some quality software.
