You have two lines of progress in the game. One of survival progression and one about the who/what/why the events happened and what to do about them. It does have an ending and lore.

Both teams are fantastic with Single Player games. One team got to focus on Single player and the other one released a shit multiplayer game that will always be that. Let them move on so we can get something worth our time.

It isn't redemption. They got to what the game should have released as. It's a great game but this is it, dead like Jackie, cut out at the start, no stories to tell. Trash articles keep trying to No Man's Sky it but No Man's made it to launch promises and then kept going above and beyond. CDPR erased the road map, got the game to launch state and now game media is foaming at the mouth to please them for doing the bare minimum with this I.P.
