Players is such a pointless statistic especially for a free to play game.
I tried the game on PC very early on didn't like it, then I tried it again after a bunch of updates on PS4 didn't like it, So that's two players but I played the game for less than 24 hours total time.
I'm not a huge fan of MAU either but at least it's a somewhat accurate representation of an online games popularity.
You don't need a quest log for something to be considered a quest. If an NPC asks you to collect something then gives you a reward for doing so, that's a quest not a collectable.
Each NPC has unique dialog with many having interactable features like the robots tossing paint cans which you can interrupt as well as story based NPC's.
Don't talk to me about trying to disappoint people when your comments are likely to discourage people from ...
I think it's kind of interesting that this months PS+ also added Sprit of the North where you play as a fox on an adventure remarkably similar to Stray yet pretty much no one even mentioned it.
Heh, nah it's exactly the opposite, it's Sony so people like you are out in full force.
Ya know, how many versions of the same Resident Evil game get released each generation? Two three versions of the same games in a single generation every generation, no one cares they even ask for more...
There absolutely are side quests and things to find and do outside of the main story. Like find all the music and badges ect. And I don't know what kind of interaction you wanted with the robots, they are NPC's like any other game and have the same if not more interaction than many games.
The case had no merit. Sony still sells money cards at a variety of retailers.
All Sony has done is simplified the process. Instead of managing thousands of different types of digital codes/cards they simplified it into one thing,, universal payment cards/codes.
It's interesting how many different PlayStation AI patents there have been. AI seems to be a big investment point for them. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out.
I was checking out the site, it's definitely well designed. I had never heard of it, so it seems like Sony found someone doing something well and hope to make it bigger.
It's pretty interesting to look at the big picture, I mean they announce the PlayStation Stars which seems to be heavily competition oriented then you see purchases like this and see how they fit together. Then you look at things like buying Evo and them creating Inzone and using Inzone Gear at Ev...
The numbers Ross provided were not accurate or confirmed by Sony. He, got those numbers from some trophy tacking site which would have included used and shared copies and free copies given out by Sony.
"In fact, speaking on Twisted Metal creator David Jaffe’s YouTube channel, Ross clarified that his source for the “sales numbers” was a defunct website called Gamestat, which effectively tracked Trophy data to calculate a rough number of players. In this instance, used ...
