No one asked them to change the entire multiplayer mode we just want an updated tlou2 factions. This reminds me of socom where the devs just couldn’t be bothered to listen to the fans in what they want and they’ll try and force their new vision down your throat and will probably not be as loved as t factions 1 and they’ll kill the factions series because not enough people like what they turned it in to.

ND have fallen off a bit and I used to regard them out high but you can’t produce a tlou2 multiplayer mode after what the entire tlou2 dev process plus the last three years? I think we saw what they were doing on tlou1 towards the end when they started adding really great weapons etc via a paywall. They are going to exploit that mechanic to the extreme.

I believe the hate comes from all the free passes Nintendo gets from reviewers. Like botw the game that didn’t revolutionize anything was called revolutionary by reviewers. It had empty worlds with repetitive tasks yet nothing of that gets mentioned by reviewers. This is by this site being called maybe one of the best games ever and it’s clearly not for most people but they get +3 for being Nintendo. Just my thoughts on the hate and not that I think it’s justified or not.
