Imagine that being what you care about.

Pixel/frame counting is ruining gaming.

They said 2024 will have all the features 2020 does.

Looks like you're in a widely outnumbered minority.

Imagine being on Apple's side in basically anything. 😂

In what universe in which Microsoft Flight Simulator exists this obsolete mobile turd offers the "Ultimate Aerial Experience?"

Is this a sponsored post? Advertorial? 🤔

pretty much.

Sure mate. Of course you did.

Incidentally, this "Chis dude" has made some of the most beloved space sims of all time likely before you were even born. There's a reason why people give him money.

Goes to show how much you know. 😂

@notachance: been hearing this "when funding ends" fable for a decade now.
Guess what, funding has been growing every single year for the past 6 years.

The "those who actually play the game are all wrong about it and I know better" argument will only bring you so far.

It depends on what you expect. It's in a state in which thousands of people can basically treat it as their main game/hobby and enjoy the heck out of it for tens of hours a week with ther friends.

Sounds reasonable to me.

That development time and budget went into creating foundational technology that literally no other game has. A lot of the stuff people blame Starfield for missing, Star Citizen does have, already functional, and that's because t...

Someone tried. And guess what? They lost.

I have some info for you. You don't have the slightest idea of what you're talking about.

Firesprite did some limited development on Arena Commander, which is a separate instanced dogfighting mode of Star Citizen, and was already fully playable for years when Firesprite started to work on it. It launched in 2014 and Firesprite worked on it between 2021 and 2022.

Theaters of War was a separate Battlefield-like bonus mode that mixed vehicles and inf...

There weren't "rumblings" about an acquisition.

There was wishful thinking.

That's because Xbox includes Game Pass. It's quite likely that developers aren't given a breakdown until they actually get paid.

Even when they are, I'd be surprised if it wasn't covered by NDA or some other contractual clause.

@Einhander1972: You don't seem to be able to read English considering that you appear to have completely misread my comment.

Read it again. Slowly. You literally repeated what I said and then said I'm wrong lol.

You really should chill, being a console warrior is unhealthy. Makes you see "agents" of the "enemy" in every shadow. 😂

I've read that making the rounds, but that's actually false (I believe it comes from a site doing some speculation and another site quoting it as gospel, because people nowadays can't do their job, it appears).

Totoki-san didn't issue any such clarification anywhere. He did not say anywhere or at any time that he doesn't mean Xbox and Switch.

But that's because no clarification is actually needed.

The original st...

Do keep in mind that this is just an investment analyst (who has been wrong many, many times before) giving their opinion on "consensus," not any insider.
This is something whoever wrote this article conveniently forgot to mention when they cited the real source (CNBC) without actually liking to them.

they've released a lot of trailers, so I'm surprised you've not seen them.

The only thing I can think of is that they are releasing the game less than 2 years after its announcement, so marketing had a shorter run than the usual FF game.
